Psychodrama NJ offers a variety of professional learning opportunities for clinicians, helping professionals, and students seeking to deepen their clinical skills and expand their professional community. Our programs are designed to support ongoing professional development, experiential learning, and meaningful connection with colleagues.
Events are offered both in-person in our expanded training space in Oakhurst, New Jersey, and online, making it easier for participants from across the region and around the country to attend.
Participants can expect a thoughtful blend of didactic learning, experiential practice, reflection, and discussion that helps translate theory into practical clinical skills.
Live online offerings provide accessible opportunities for professional development while still incorporating discussion and interactive learning.
Psychodrama NJ offers a online New Jersey–approved Clinical Supervision course designed for licensed clinical social workers seeking to become Approved Clinical Supervisors (ACS).
The course combines didactic learning and experiential exercises to help clinicians develop confidence and skill as supervisors.
In-person trainings and workshops allow participants to fully experience psychodrama and sociometry through action-based learning, relational exercises, and group connection.
Workshops are typically shorter learning experiences focused on introducing a specific topic, concept, or clinical skill.
Trainings meet over a period of time and offer more in-depth learning allowing for deeper understanding, skills practice, and professional connection.
Training retreats offer a relaxed venue while simultaneously emerging in deep learning and practice of psychodrama, sociometry, and group psychotherapy.
These events are most suitable for those with a foundation understanding. Participants on track for certification will have opportunities for student directing and presenting.
